Tumi

TumiAfter a round of countrywide voting, Tumi Lesejane has been told to go home from the on-going South African Idols.

This was as a result of her receiving the least number of votes from the latest round of performances from contestants.

She has come far in the competition, often getting high praise from Randall, a Judge who is sometimes difficult to please. But after performing the Berlin ballad “Take My Breath Away”, Randall noted that many of the night’s songs were from movies. “It’s a movie brought to life in a song,” he pointed out, and Tumi’s performance was too refined for that, he thought. “People go to the movies to be transported,” he said, “and you didn’t do that.”

Hip-Hop music star, AKA, gave an awesome performance and gave some measure of fresh air to the audience at the Moreleta Park NG Church Auditorium.
